Full Tilt Poker court appearance

The iGaming Post has learned that on Wednesday 9th May, the representatives of Full Tilt Poker and Poker Stars attended a US court hearing. The reason for the hearing was to schedule later court appearances by FTP to finalize details of the takeover by Poker Stars and how the payment schedule to pay back players will be done.
We contacted Barry Boss, the Full Tilt Poker lawyer, who told us:
“I can confirm that there was a court hearing yesterday, but it really just dealt with scheduling.  No other developments that I can share at this time.”
Of course, this has sparked further speculation about when and if poker players will be paid back. As far as previous reports go, it is still believed that players may see their cash in less than 90 days from the agreement being struck, however, both have not yet confirmed anything until this “scheduling” is finalized.
